Well Today marks the start of Transfer Number 10!
We don't know the changes yet, but it looks like Elder Amaya is going to be leaving. Really it was an awesome transfer with lots of success. We had a ton of fun inside and out of the work, and it'll be sad to see him go.
But pray that he stays!!!
This Last week was a lot of running around trying to set up the Baptisms for Flora (The mother of the Rodriguez family) Helen (The sister of Shirley, who was baptized last week) and Ruth, (A contact that we made in a passage way in the Villa at the beginning of the transfer.)
We didn't have much time due to lots of Meetings and exchanges that we got to do with the Asistants, which were hilarious.
I was with Elder Elkins, and during the Exchange, a dog almost bit my face off while contacting, and we wasted 5 minutes trying to contact a voice that was coming from a house... After five minutes we realized it was a parrot and that we had been trying to contact a bird....
At the end of the week, and with a lot of stress, we were able to finish off with the three baptisms!! So many weird things happen so that they would happen, that they can only be called miracles! The Lord will provide. Work hard today, and don't worry about tomorrow!! Do what needs to be done now, focus on whats important, and trust that the Lord is paving the path ahead!! I've got a strong testimony of that after this transfer!
